Handmade Items

While I strive to put out high-quality products, many items are handmade and may contain minor imperfections.

Animal Items

Ethics are subjective, so I will not use the term “ethically sourced” as every person has their own ethical guidelines. All animal materials are obtained after natural or accidental deaths or are leftovers from hunters that would otherwise be discarded. No animals are intentionally harmed or killed to make these pieces.

Crystals

All crystals are natural and no two are alike. Your stone is a work of art formed in nature through centuries of pressure, heat, and molecular reactions. Each stone gets its unique colors, pattern, veining, and shape through a combination of different minerals and organic compounds.

You will receive the exact item shown in the product listing. I make every effort to take photos that represent the true beauty of each stone, but a stone's appearance may vary slightly due to changes in lighting. Computer monitors or phone screens may depict colors differently.

Crystals, divination tools, and apothecary items are for entertainment purposes only; the seller does not claim that any items have supernatural powers. Please do not ingest any of the apothecary items. None of these items are a replacement for medical or professional help!

Return Policy

Refunds are only offered on select items. If an item is eligible for a refund, it will be stated in the listing.
Refunds are not available on some specimens due to their delicate nature. Refunds are not available on scoops, confetti, or personalized items.
If an item is damaged from shipping please take photos.

Contact me within 3 days of delivery.

Ship items back within 7 days of delivery.
If the item is deemed returnable the buyer will be responsible for the return cost. If the item is in the original condition when we receive it, I will fully refund the original payment minus the shipping cost.

I don't accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Shipping and Delivery

Next business day shipping on all in-stock items. Custom orders will be an extra 1-3 days depending on complexity.

Orders ship out of Pocatello Idaho. Most items are shipped USPS in flat rate boxes. A tracking number will be provided via email as soon as your order ships.

All items are securely wrapped and packaged to prevent damage.

International shipping – International shipping is available on all items. Laws on specific shipments vary from country to country. Please be aware of your country’s import laws for the item you are intending to purchase. We cannot be responsible for customs seizing any restricted items, delays, import fees, duties, and taxes.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted through Wix's Payment Processing to us in a secure way. I cannot see or access your credit card information.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Your privacy is of the utmost importance to me. I am the sole employee and only need personally identifiable information to perform a specific job (for example, emailing you your tracking number or using your address to ship your items to you) computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
